Paramotoring is a paradox of peace and exhilaration. With the relaxing hum of the motor, and flow of air on your skin, you unlock the greatest superpower of all: the ability to rise above it all!
Up here, the horizon stretches wide and endless. You breathe in crisp fresh air, taste the clouds, and don’t just watch the sunset… you become a part of it. Golden hour doesn’t just paint the sky, it surrounds you completely, wrapping you in a view reserved only for those who dare to take those few steps into the air.
Above it all, life slows down. The noise of everyday stress fades beneath your feet. Time becomes your own again, time to heal, time to reflect, time to draw closer to your higher power. Words alone can’t capture the magnitude of what it feels like to fly… because flight isn’t something you describe, it’s something you live.
AJ discovered the freedom of flight in March of 2019 when he trained with Aviator Paramotor. His passion and ability stood out, and he was invited back as an intern. From there, AJ quickly went on to become a USPPA and ASC certified instructor, and shortly after serving as a lead instructor and school manager. Over the years, he has trained over 1,000 students from all walks of life, ranging in age from 14 years old to 76 years young.
His commitment to growth led him to attend continued education through SIV courses and to perform with the Paradigm Aerobatic Team at airshows across the country, further expanding his knowledge and skill set.
AJ has also been trusted to lead specialized training for both domestic and international military groups, taking personnel from no prior paramotor experience to advanced operational proficiency within days, resulting in mission focused flights.
In time, AJ accepted a lucrative and exciting career opportunity outside of paramotoring, and while successful, he realized that he was missing the sense of purpose he found in helping others unlock the incredible superpower of flight. He came to recognize that paramotoring not only changes perspectives but also makes people better human beings, who in turn spread positivity to others.
Recently relocated to North Carolina, AJ has returned to his passion for teaching and is once again offering paramotor training. With his depth of experience, professional credentials, and genuine passion for flight, AJ is committed to giving every student the tools and confidence to experience the life changing freedom of paramotoring.
